How Do We Ship Packages?

Packages are shipped using multiple shipping companies, including USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, DHL, DPD, FedEx, and Ninjavan.

Do We Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we provide free shipping for orders over $100. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you are located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

Customs Information:

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary by location. Here are our estimates:

  • United States, UK, and Canada: 8-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-20 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-15 business days
  • Gulf (Qatar, KSA, Kuwait, UAE): 10-15 business days
  • Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand:10-15 business days
  • India, Pakistan: 15-30 business days

Please note: These estimates do not include our 2-5 day processing time.

Do We Provide Tracking Information?

Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

Note: If your tracking says “no information available at the moment,” it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@shopeaglestore.com or eagle@shopeaglestore.com. We are more than happy to help you.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Additional Information

  • Customs and Taxes: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
  • Damaged or Lost Items: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • Shipping Delays: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, shipping delays may occur. Peak periods, inclement weather, and other factors can lead to overwhelming volumes for shipping carriers, causing packages to be delivered later than expected.

 Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

 Return Eligibility :

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be in the same condition that you received it

- Be unworn or unused

- Have tags attached

- Be in its original packaging

- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

 How to Initiate a Return?

To start a return, please contact us at support@shopeaglestore.com or eagle@shopeaglestore.com. We will provide you with the return address. **Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**

 Return Shipping :

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item. Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package for processing. We will email you once the return has been processed to confirm the outcome.

 Important Information

- Items are subject to inspection before a refund/exchange is processed.

- We reserve the right to make changes to our refund/return and exchange policy.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shopeaglestore.com or eagle@shopeaglestore.com.

Please note that we cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process the undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Product Damage

  • We offer a full refund or a replacement if packages arrive badly damaged.
  • We offer a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrive partially damaged (except for minor issues such as thread, slight wrinkles, small scratches, etc.).

Notes:

  • For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.
  • For damaged packing boxes, we cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distance international delivery.
  • For ordinary products, you must complain or open a dispute with us within 5 days after packages are delivered.
  • For electronic products, you must complain or open a dispute within 10 days after packages are delivered.
  • For incorrect products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
  • For products with wrong color or size that doesn't affect product function, we offer a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot of your complaint, including name, content, and date.

Order Cancellation

We offer a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.

We take no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by acts of God, including but not limited to: epidemic situations, international issues, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, or customs inspections. However, we will notify you by email.

Note:

  • Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
  • The return costs are at the buyer's expense.
